Social Network Website Spars with the Harley-Davidson Motor Company
"A motorcycle enthusiast has the 'lawyer from Hell' to defend himself from accusations by Harley-Davidson Inc. that his social network infringes on the company's name. James Coulbourne says he owns the website HarleySpace.com, but that Harley-Davidson has told him to stop using the name because it's a trademark infringement. Kawasaki Recalls 2012 Ninja and Versys Motorcycles for Footpeg Defect
Due to engine vibration and damage during assembly, the circlips on the footpeg mounting pins can break and fall off and cause the footpeg to detach from the motorcycle.
793 units are affected.
